ChronoAI is assistance software for dealers. ChronoAI generates suggested replies for dealer review. Dealer remains responsible for messages sent. ChronoAI does not send messages automatically.

2. AI Outputs May Be Wrong

AI-generated drafts may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, inconsistent with your business policy, or unsuitable for a buyer conversation. Hallucinations and other errors may occur.

3. Human Review Is Required

You must review every draft before sending it. AI-generated content may require editing. Check product facts, price, availability, condition, shipping, warranty, payment terms, tone, and buyer-specific details before sending.

4. No Autonomous Communication

ChronoAI does not autonomously contact buyers, negotiate, approve offers, or send messages. Any message sent to a buyer is the dealer's responsibility.

5. No Advice

ChronoAI does not provide legal, financial, tax, valuation, authenticity, compliance, or professional advice. Do not rely on AI output as advice in those areas.

6. No Commercial Guarantee

ChronoAI does not guarantee sales, revenue, margin, buyer response, deal conversion, marketplace ranking, or any other commercial outcome.

7. Beta Limitations

During beta, AI behavior, prompt logic, connectors, and draft quality may change. Report problematic drafts to hello@chronoai.io.
