1. What ChronoAI Does

ChronoAI helps watch dealers prepare AI-assisted reply drafts for buyer messages. ChronoAI generates suggested replies for dealer review. Dealer remains responsible for messages sent. ChronoAI does not send messages automatically.

2. Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the beta, we may process:

• Dealer account data, such as name, business email, company name, login session, role, and account status.
• Onboarding and beta application data, such as application answers, approval status, profile details, consent records, onboarding progress, and connector setup state.
• Listing data, such as brand, model, reference, price, condition, listing URL, imported listing details, dealer edits, and inventory context.
• Thread and message context from Chrono24 conversations that the dealer selects or makes available through the connector for drafting.
• Generated drafts, draft status, dealer edits, and draft usage metadata.
• Usage analytics and operational logs, including feature use, request metadata, error logs, quota events, and debugging information.
• Billing metadata from Stripe, such as subscription status, checkout session identifiers, customer identifiers, price plan, and billing event status. We do not store card numbers.
• Browser extension interaction data, such as connector pairing status, API key metadata, extension health events, visible Chrono24 page context needed for drafts, and draft request metadata.

3. Why We Process Data

We process data to:

• Provide AI-assisted reply suggestions for dealer review.
• Run account onboarding, beta approval, login, consent, and connector pairing.
• Operate Stripe billing, trial activation, subscription state, and account access checks.
• Improve, debug, and maintain the beta product.
• Monitor abuse, security, fraud, unauthorized access, and system reliability.
• Send transactional emails such as login links, application confirmations, and account notices.

4. AI Processing

Dealer-selected or dealer-available message and listing context may be processed through Anthropic APIs to generate suggested replies. The AI output is a draft for dealer review, not an instruction or automatic communication.

5. Browser Extension

The ChronoAI browser extension reads the Chrono24 conversation and listing context required to generate drafts when the dealer uses the extension. The extension is used to connect the dealer's Chrono24 workflow to the dealer's ChronoAI account. ChronoAI does not store your Chrono24 password.

6. Subprocessors

ChronoAI uses a small number of service providers to operate the product:

• Stripe for payment method collection, trial setup, billing, subscription status, and billing portal access.
• Anthropic for AI draft generation.
• Postmark for transactional email delivery.

We do not sell dealer data or buyer/customer data.

7. Retention

We keep account, listing, thread, draft, billing metadata, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the beta, maintain account history, debug issues, protect the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Beta-stage deletion may be handled manually. When deletion is requested, we remove active product data where feasible and explain any limited records that must be retained temporarily.

8. Security

We use practical security controls appropriate for a controlled beta, including HTTPS, account sessions, scoped dealer access, API key hashing for connector credentials, limited operator access, and operational logging. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your Choices and Deletion Requests

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your dealer account data by emailing hello@chronoai.io. Please include your dealer account email and company name. We aim to respond within 30 days.

10. Beta Limitations

ChronoAI is in controlled beta. Some support, deletion, export, and review processes may be manual. We may restrict access, refuse applications, pause features, or change beta behavior as the product develops.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as ChronoAI changes. The current version is posted on this page.
