1. What the Extension Does

The ChronoAI browser extension connects a dealer's Chrono24 workflow to the dealer's ChronoAI account. It reads visible Chrono24 conversation and listing context required to generate AI-assisted reply drafts. ChronoAI generates suggested replies for dealer review. ChronoAI does not send messages automatically.

2. Data Processed by the Extension

When used on supported Chrono24 pages, the extension may read visible page context such as buyer messages, conversation identifiers, timestamps, listing references, listing context shown in the page, and extension health or pairing state. The extension does not store your Chrono24 password.

3. Data Sent to ChronoAI

The extension sends the necessary context to the dealer's ChronoAI account over HTTPS using connector credentials. Data is scoped to the dealer account and used for draft generation, continuity, debugging, abuse prevention, and product operation.

4. Listing Import Is Separate

When you paste a Chrono24 listing URL into ChronoAI during onboarding or when adding a listing, the backend may fetch publicly visible listing details to help create an inventory record. That import is initiated by your action and is separate from passive extension page reading.

5. Subprocessors

Extension-related context may be processed through ChronoAI's backend and current subprocessors: Anthropic for AI draft generation, Postmark for transactional emails, and Stripe for account billing. The extension itself does not communicate directly with Anthropic, Postmark, or Stripe.

6. Control and Deletion

You can revoke connector access from ChronoAI or request deletion by emailing hello@chronoai.io. Data deletion details are available at /data-deletion.

7. Beta Limitations

The extension is part of a controlled beta. Supported pages, selectors, pairing, and data collection scope may change as ChronoAI improves the product.
